This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | I am not trying to grab any power. If you look better we proposed one cabinet where almost all parties participated, including you. There were some that opposed it and the cabinet was killed. I want to form a cabinet as quickly as possible and some parties left me no choice but to do this. |
