Description[?]:
This bill is intended to give more control to the Provinces regarding power. The DTU understands the importance of green power, however we also understand the importance of allowing Provinces to have a certain degree of autonomy on certain issues. WE believe that Nuclear power can be effective if properly used, and we belive that Provincial Governments should be allowed to use Nuclear Power if they deem it necissary. |

Message | I will support this bill. However, I believe that nuclear power is incredibly safe and it is very efficient indded, so I would propose a national nuclear power plant construction plan, but devolving this decision is certainly a good step forward. |
