| Message | DA proposes the government declares a State of Emergency as soon as this act is passed by the legislature. Our current State of Emergency Act proposal consists of various elements supporting the government to restore law and order: 1) The first and most important step is stop public violence. A national curfew, prohibition of holding firearms for the civilians, and the Buundeswehr patrolling cities and guaranteeing a rest of arms. 2) Next is establishing a strong national police force to stabilize certain areas pacified by the military. 3) Relaxing the growing tension and stopping the flow of foreign mercenaries to both sides' militias is next. A registration of all Dundorfian citizens (including those not considered as nationals in accordance with the current regulation) shall be installed, togeher with the issue of an identification document). |
