As the parties of Telemon have demonstrated little interest in scaling back government programs, we will abandon such an agenda. We believe that a healthy people being a necessity to running an effecient economy, the government should insure the health of all its citizens. |

Old value:: The government does not subsidise the cost of pharmaceutical drugs at all.
Current: The government pays for all citizens' pharmaceutical drugs.
Proposed: The government supplies free pharmaceutical drugs to those on low incomes.
