This bill is intended to convince automobile owners to car pool. The DTU does not want to regulate transportation, or the diminish the "Economic Rights" of individuals. We wish to simply persuade people to care for the enivonment, and help decrese traffic. |

Message | It has been shown in many RL countries that persuasion is simply not enough to reduce carbon emissions. I will vote for this bill as I do not believe that a proposition to return to the previous situation where only one car was allowed per household would pass. |
