Description[?]:

Act for the Liberalization of Arsenals, 2557

CONSIDERING, that competition for weapons production spurs the advancement of research in military applications and weapons.
CONSIDERING, that part of the evolution of national defense is to remain on the cutting edge of applications of science and technology to the field of war.
CONSIDERING, that not only does a national-only defense industry leave us lax in weapons development but can also be a drain.

THEREFORE, we propose the re-legalization of private defense developers and weapons production.
