Message | We will support this bill if Article 2 is changed to "There shall be no mandatory military or civilian national service." I'm guessing Bull Soil will support this as well. |

Message | I'm open to changing it in the future, but i think a more gradual path is better than a series of severe steps. Requiring some sort of civil service can foster a sense of national pride, while still giving options for people unwilling or unable to serve militarily. If you're willing to support this as is now, i'll support a change in a few terms to no requirements. ooc, wish there was an option for like, incentives to be provided for people to join civil service. i want it to be fostered but not mandatory. |

Message | This bill is all over the place, I cannot support this. Article 2 isn't even a military proposal |

Message | how is article 2 not a military proposal? it rescinds the mandatory military service bill. Honestly, with the recent comments from the Bull Soil party, i'm worried that they've been taking advantage of our new looser restrictions on recreational drug use. |
