Message | I'd vote for 3, 5, and 6. I'd like to see a more moderate stance for article 1, but i do agree some change may be needed. Enforcing replanting is redundant; we already support national parks, and it is in the private sector's best interest to conduct their own replanting. |

Message | if you change 2 to 'provide guidelines but not enforced' i'd vote yes. like before, it's something id be willing to revisit in the future but for now id prefer smaller steps rather than sudden changes. we need to allow industries time to adapt before we spring mandatory regulations on them. |
