MessageWe would support this bill as employees can choose to not go to employers without adequate health and safety and can sue them if they dont follow the guidelines

MessageWe agree with the first part of the Capitalist Party's statement, but would dispute the second part. The distinction between guidelines and regulations is that the latter is actionable while the former is not. An employee could not sue a company for not following the guidelines, but the guidelines would provide (rebuttable) support for a claim of negligence if an employee were injured.

Random fact: Don't put "the" as the first word in your party name, because when parties are referred to in news reports, their names are preceded with "the", e.g. the [Socialist Party] has lost.
