Bill: Government-issued identity card policy
Details
Submitted by[?]: Liberty & Justice Party of Rutania
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 2558
Description[?]:
In Rutania citizens are not issued with identity cards currently. Without the possibility to identify people, there is bigger risk that citizens break the law. We recommend that all citizens should be issued with identity cards but are not required to carry them. |

Message | We welcome new party in our political landscape. RDF would like to support this law, we see no harm in identity cards. But there's no proposal? You should add a proposal to your bill. |

Message | Thanks for your welcome. We are all here to make life better in Rutania. If we're not wrong than there is a proposal to the bill, right? |

Message | OOC: No, there's no proposal, your bill is now just a "resolution". You have to "add proposal" (you have it on page bottom). By adding proposal you change the "value" of that law. |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
