| Kafuristan is planning to invade Deltaria : http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=183276 to fight against the Axis-controlled government. Because this threatens the security and stability of Majatra Jelbania has to take action. We propose to send 500,000 troops to the Deltarian Republikas Ushalande and Doron Akigo to defend these provinces against Kafuri troops. (a secret order will be given to kill anti-axis troops. For the purpose of this order, an anti-axis troop is defined as an armed dissident who engages in violence or violent threats against the axis-controlled government or the Deltarian military .) |

| Message | We support sending troops, however we disagree with the terms. Anti-Axis citizens of Deltaria are not enemy combatants, they should not be killed or robbed. Also, we oppose the looting of any property within a friendly nation. That decision is up to the Deltarian military. | Message | Minister of Defence Noel Dupré, a member of UCC, does not support this measure. Jelbania is a member of the Accord - traditionally an enemy of the Axis powers. However, we are interested in the stability of Majatran continent. We are not completely opposed to this measure - we just believe further steps need to be taken with our traditional allies in the Accord before we commit half a million troops to this effort. If the Minister of Defense is against this - we do not see how we can commit these troops even if a majority of the Assemblee supports this. |
