Description[?]:

This is a proposed modification to the existing commons for Telamon. This proposal will modify the commons in two ways. It will rename the commons to Artistic & Technological Commons License. Secondly, it will replace the text of the commons with the below statements and any and all necessary legal notices and remarks.

1) All users must adhere to the commons and all laws in Telamon.
2) It is permissible to share and create derivative works
3) It is permissible to alter the work.
4) When using the work you must provide attribution to the creator of the work
5) Your derivative works must adhere to the commons
6) Failure to abide by the commons results in legal and judicial penalties
