Whereas Rutanian sportsmen are currently under severe regulation by the federal government; Whereas people should be allowed to hunt in most areas; Whereas hunting and fishing are recreational activities that many Rutanians love and enjoy; Resolve that the government of Rutania reduces regulation upon hunting and fishing. ADDENDUM I Hunting and fishing will only be allowed on private property if the hunter or the fisherman recieves prior approval from the current owner of the said land that he is hunting or fishing on. ADDENDUM II State governments may regulate hunting and fishing within state held lands and in lands in which the federal government has dictated power to the states. ADDENDUM III The government may regulate hunting and fishing only on federally owned land. |

Message | Strongly opposed, this will only lead to overhunting and overfishing and will in the long run even lead to large unemployment in the fishing industry and a depletion of Rutania's wildlife stocks. This will inevitably damage our economy in the long run. |
