| This bill asks for the ratification of the <a href="viewtreaty.php?treatyid=963">Seleyan Union</a>. If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law. We have a resonsibility to help our fellow Seleyans. This is not to spread Alduria's empire, this is to help keep Seleya at peace. The North is unstable and only one force in my mind could possibly be the perfect peace keepers, the SU. We can do this gentalmen and ladies. We are Alduirans, and it is high time that we showed all of Terra how great we are, but helping to maintain peace in Seleya and by expanding the knowledges of the sciences, technology, and culture.
