MessageNo, it won't. It sinply states that Parliament will not interfere with who can serve. It actually promotes integration because the best people will be the ones to serve. We should not have quotas based on race. Knowledge and skills must come first.

MessageWe do not have any quotas at the current time, as long as your physicly fit you can basicly get any role you want to in the military. This would however allow the military to decide for themself who the let in based on what they need
