Message | No, it would bring stability to the field and eliminate hateful elitism. |
Date | 19:58:59, September 17, 2005 CET | From | Free Capitalist Coalition | To | Debating the Free Secondary Schooling Bill |
Message | This would overworks teachers, lowering the quality of education for the poor, while preventing those with the means to do so from pursuing a better education. Simply put, while equality in the quality of our schooling is a good thing, it should be done by raising the quality of the worst, not lowering the quality of the best. We do not support this bill. |
Date | 01:38:55, September 18, 2005 CET | From | Imperial Party of Selucian | To | Debating the Free Secondary Schooling Bill |
Message | While we are in general for a public school system, we don't think privat schools should be banned at all. As far as the privet schools have the same high standard -or higher- like our public schools we like to see them in our Empire. We shouldn't be afraid so much about elite thinking. We in the Imperial Senate have to coordinate our society all classes in our beloved Empire meet a social standard for the benefit for all. In this case we can't support this bill. |
