| We see this bill as vital therfore we wish to put it up for debate again.There is currently a competitive firefighting subcontractings scheme. This makes no sense as contractors could spend their day starting suspicious fires then putting them out so there needs to be a national firefighting service in place that allows all Rutanians the right to protection with regards to fire as opposed to the current scheme which cannot be regulated easerly. |

| Message | We support, but we again call for rebudgeting!!! Local governments have already very large amount of powers, but they need money for that too. Only way to do this is to increase income tax! (Or some other way?) Local governments cannot do everything and be pennyless (or RUTless :)) |
