UNITED NATIONS COALITION Organization Accord Introduction The following articles and relative paragraphs form the UNC Accord, which is a binding treaty between member nations, alternatively considered an official declaration of alliance. Participation in the United Nations Coalition requires nations to ratify and accept the UNC Accord. http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/vieworganization.php?organizationid=1367 Friendship & Neutrality (1) ->Each member nation must create a "Announcements Room (UNC)" debate bill, for relative announcements and news. ->All member nations shall hold friendly status towards each other. ->All member nations shall recognize the UNC flag and emblem. ->All member nations shall accept and respect the UNC Accord. Internal Affairs (2) ->Special IDs, marked with the UNC emblem, can be used for legal and direct transportation between member nations. ->All member nations are allowed to establish embassies within UNC nations, freely and legally. ->Neutrality of embassies during internal conflicts. ->The UNC organization does not intervene in internal conflicts within member nations, unless clearly authorized by the Head of State. ->Constitutional protection of ethnic minorities, legislative minorities and all member nations. Foreign Policy (3) ->The UNC is an international organization aiming at protecting the rights and integrity of member nations. ->Any violations, such as military invasions and infringements of ethnic and legislative minorities within member nations, from foreign nations, are officially condemned by the organization. ->The UNC promotes liberty and sovereignty of all nations. Justice (4) ->Illegitimate violations of the paragraphs shall be condemned and may be penalized by the Security Council. ->During and/or after violations, either party/nation may present legal facts and address the Security Council for justice. ->The Security Council determines penalties. Military Protocols (5) ->Military initiations are handed by the Security Council and are approved by public voting, only to be applied after approval from all nations, according to the Rildanor Accord. ->Member nations, after approval, are required to send at least 1/3 of their national military power. ->The Security Council elects the High General, who has full authorization to navigate the UNMC, under the supervision and control of the organization. ->After approval, member nations are prohibited from requesting their armies back for 36 months. ->United Nations Military Corps -> During violations of the UNC Foreign Policy, the Security Council immediately requests other member nations to follow the Rildanor Accord and aid the UNMC into assisting the particular nation in need. Security Council (6) ->All member nations have the absolute right to elect a leader in the UNC and therefore authorize him as a representative in the Security Council, after receiving full membership. ->The Security Council determines penalties and promotes military decisions after public voting. ->Only the Security Council is authorized to make announcements. ->Only members of the Security Council may initiate proposals. ->Proposals require more yes votes than no, in order to pass. ->During a voting procedure, all member parties may initiate an election bill in their nation, at any time. Such bills require more yes votes than no, in order to pass. Membership (7) ->Nations are allowed to accept full membership in the UNC after they have ratified the UNC Accord and promoted the membership of at least 5 active parties. Nations with less parties need to promote the membership of all of them. ->Full membership gives the right to elect a representative. |
