Fellow Al'Badaras, that is your money too. He who is bodily and mentally not sound and deserving may not perpetuate this misfortune in the bodies of his children. |

| Message | We prefer our T-4s as tax receipts for employment rather than culling the physically or mentally disabled. And what is 60,000 "Al'Badara currency". And during the lifetime, that is pretty substandard care by the government. In fact, we should propose raising care per infirmed person per capita several fold if it is only 60K BDR/lifetime/person. |
