| Message | Because the Doctor makes a "medical diagnosis" on the condition of the Mother and Child. If the Doctor says to a pregnant woman "Your baby has a 98% chance of being retarded or dieing outside the womb" the doctor then can diagnosis the case to be an “Emergency” and suggest Abortion as an option. Same going if the Woman diagnosis is an “Emergency” instead of the baby’s. I cannot support this bill based on my own personal experiences with the medical community making countless misdiagnoses. |
