| NOTING that the Bill "HLE Crisis", proposed by the APC will on July 3, 2563 formally declare Greater Hulstria's support for the Loyalists forces of the Holy Luthori Empire. PROPOSES that Hulstria not only formally support the Loyalist Forces in Spirit, but with military support. PROPOSES that Hulstria deploy a force of 50,000 men to help restore the Holy Luthori Emperor. APPOINTS the Duke of Flieder, who is already serving as the KHP Militia Commander in Luthor, Fieldmarshall of the 1st Hulstrian Expeditionary Force. DEMANDS the APC fall into line with the official position of the Hulstrian government by atleast withdrawing all of their forces from the HLE and cutting off all ties to the Luthori Rebels. ANNOUNCES that should the APC fail to comply, APC leaders will be accused of committing High Treason against His Imperial and Illustrious Lutheran Majesty, Kaiser Klemens II, tried before the Imperial Tribunal, and if convicted executed. Furthermore the APC will be disbanded, by force if required. GRANTS the Interior Minister the right to declare martial law in any area of Athiest agitation. Amended Section: Due the to refusal of the APC to comply with reasonable government requests to end partisan activities in Luthor and the fight of the APC leadership South to Sekowo the following is proclaimed by the Hulstrian Government: 1. The Forge Family and the Rest of the APC leadership are official declared enemies of the state. 2. The extradition of the APC Leaders for trial in Hulstria will be demanded by the Hulstrian Government. 3. The Army will be sent in to declare martial law in any area of Hulstria that openly support the APC's subversive action.
