MessageThe AAP has just noticed that the FCoL and AAP have pretty much pushed the same bill at the same time. The FCoL suggests "People's Representative" for the new title for Head of State; The AAP suggests "Emissary" for the same position.

Comments are welcomed (in either debate) on either title (if the FCoL is happy that this should be) - or any OTHER suggested titles.

Messageas mentioned in the other bill I will support both, finding both to be preferable to the current, and allowing other voters to decide.

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there.
