Message | We have a vast library system already. When we decentralized it we dident close those already existing down, we just transfered the control of them to our local governments |

Message | To be honest I don't understand how people vote here. When we changed this law not too long ago, most parties voted for it, now you are reversing it. Like LLP said, we only transfered control the loca governments, they did not close down. |

Message | The tide has turned against LP's decentralism obviously. |

Message | The central government should not control everything. There are things that must be left up to the local governments to decide. Do you know what is best for every person in Lodamun? Can one law satisfy or apply fairly to every citizen in Lodamun? The answer is NO. |

Message | I believe local governments could still establish libraries. |

Message | LP we should at least fund the libraries under 'The national government provides local governments with funding to operate libraries.' Otherwise some places will have no libraries! |

Message | we think this option is the best we do want an extremly small government keeping out of our citizens life, but also because we oppose government overspending and our aim is to keep the government spending to a absolute minimum (we will propose to reduce the military spending alot after the war ends) |

Message | We are nearly as radical as the LLP, but make an exception for libraries, museums, and higher education. |

Message | I have no problem with political opinion. Yes, we are almost overspending, but things like this should not be treated like secondary items. Education and access to educational materials is more important than war. Do you not agree? |

Random fact: RP laws follow the same passing rules as in-game variable laws. Laws that are not of a constitutional nature require a simple majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. Laws that are of a constitutional nature require a 2/3 majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. RP laws may be abolished a simple majority vote this applies to ANY RP law. |
