Message | An absolute abomination. Corporations should not be taxed, they are set up outside of governmental control and thus this undermines the fiscal freedom of their leaders and employees. -Oliver Barnsby, Shadow Secretary of State for Trade and Industry |

Message | First off Welcome Back to the Conservative and Morality Party, we have not worked with you before but hopefully we will in the future. Now, Corporations are set up outside of government control yes, but they do have laws and rules they must follow just like any individual or mom-pop store. One of those laws is that they MUST pay taxes, in these days of great economic prosperity in Solentia brought forth by the former FRP finance minister we feel a small percentage increase should not break the backs of the multi-billion dollar corporations. Message | I wonder how on earth you have managed this "days of great economic prosperity" whilst it was a CMP administration that set these tax levels many years ago and they brought huge amounts of economic freedom to both the people and business of Solentia. We freed the system and now you plan on ruining what we worked hard for. -Winston Mallard, Shadow Secretary of State for Finance. |

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset. |
