Sec. 1 SHORT TITLE This act may be cited as the 'Free Enterprise Act 2566' Sec. 2 PROVISIONS The Minister of Trade and Industry, in consultation with the chancellor, shall make provision for the sale of all publicly owned corporations and enterprises. Sec. 3 EFFECTIVENESS The provisions of this act shall take effect immediately, and shall be carried out in full not less than five years following its passage. |
