Message | The law enacted regarding missionaries was due to concerns that foreign intelligence agency and terrorists could use the guise of a visiting missionary to access and travel around Vanuku. The person-by-person checking process isn't draconian, it merely ensures that actual missionaries wishing to peacefully preach their religion are accorded access, and fomentors of trouble are not. |
