Details
Submitted by[?]: Judiciary Patriciate Coalition
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 2567
Description[?]:
The civil war in Tordary, and the reverberating conflicts against both royalist and communist parties in the past against the government have taken their toll on the Emirate. However, the vast civilian death toll is not one which can be explained away, and the JPC is demanding that injustices done in the Emirate over the past half century be brought to rights in the courts. |

Message | Vast civilian death toll? What vast civilian death toll? No fighting occurred in Tordary. All the fighting occurred in Pabeus between the Royalists/Islamists and someone ( CPK I think). The Royalists/Islamists started a rebellion in Pabeus. KLC calls for martial law. The KLC enacted measures to keep the violence from spreading to Kuchifey. The LUP and Conservatives started acting like the KLC was the enemy while allowing the Royalists/Islamists to destroy Pabeus. The current head of the KSP is taken hostage by RPI. LUP cuts oil supplies to Kuchifey. (at least, they tried to). The KLC calls in the P-TRA. The P-TRA takes control of Keletia, with no opposition. The Royalists/Islamists and the KLC reach an agreement to end the war. The LUP flees to Jakania. The Conservatives had left sometime before this. War over. Hostages/prisoners released and we all enjoy a few LUP free years. :) That's a rough breakdown of the events of the civil war. |

Message | I know what happened in the war, I also know it wouldn't have only happened in Pabeus, it's simply unreasonable to claim such. Also I'm going much further back then that civil war. |

Message | "War over. Hostages/prisoners released and we all enjoy a few LUP free years. :)" Cute :) I actually remember your reactions when we had the first NAP free nation moment... |

Message | This bill will permit the Judiciary to re-open all war cases of the era and look into what abuse of power may have occured and act accordingly. |

Message | Going right back to the Tordary civil war, prior to the capitalist/communist civil war. |

Message | Tordary civil war? It was national... |

Message | It wasn't a communist/capitalist civil war. It was an Islamists/Royalist vs. everyone civil war, with the capitalists behaving like they were rather confused. The LUP did no fighting, the CPK did no fighting, the RPI and NAP just blew things up in Pabeus, the KLC did no fighting because we stayed out of the emirates where we would've encountered opposition. |

Message | Under your own post: Civil War in the province of Tordary, Kafuristan! The Liberal Order Re-Establishment Units(LOREU), militia of the now reformed Liberal Democratic Socialists, is moving north of Sturmburg, heading to the northern part of Tordary, where the illegal Liberal Democratic Front is hiding somewhere on the mountains, keeping whole towns as defense walls. Fight has begun in numerous town, with the LOREU winning over the LDF, due to poccessing the element of surprise. However, the LDF has much more militia then the LOREU, resulting to complete fear inside the LDS. Mr. Farid al-Maximilian, has asked the National Army to participate in this clean-up, with positive response. |

Message | Still makes it a civil war, in the fact that it was fought between to groups of the civilian population. |

Message | The Royalists and Communists had nothing to do with that one. |

Message | The LDF resisted arrest, as the LDS had been dismantled. So, the LOREU, to take care of business, followed them and ended the coup. It was an internal party matter and I believe there is no case to debate over, or even to re-open. Bureaucracy here is indeed very corrupt. |
