| We believe the ratification of the Macon-Seleya Cooperative Initiative is one of the most important pieces of legislation Parliament voted on in the past decade. As such, we believe the treaty should be promoted and shared with other nations. If other nations are not aware of the treaty they won't consider its ratification. As such we believe the Foreign Minister, as the direction of the Prime Minister and President, should contact the Heads of State or Foreign Ministers of all the nations in Macon and Selaya to alert them of this treaty's existence. The Foreign Minister should also provide those other nations with information about this treaty and encourage them to ratify the treaty. Already our neighbors to the north, the Kingdom of Hutori, are voting on the treaty's ratification (http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=188536). It seems like they will ratify the treaty shortly. We have composed a list of the nations, and their heads of state, for the Foreign Minister to contact.
