MessageWell, you forgot to include my party. After all, you decide who you will include in the cabinet.

MessageI said it was rough, I'm sorry I left you out but please don't insult us. We tried really hard to get this position. We think URP is a respectable party, don't insult them either. Which post would you like? Name three so I can give you a post not already chosen.

MessageI didn't insult you, I just said how things work. The President decides who will be int their cabinet. How can you possibly miss me, I mean come on, I am one of the most active parties and have held the Presidency for years. As for the URP, I stand by my comments. They are not fit to hold the Ministry of Defense. One last thing, all the positions are filled, how can you give me one not already chosen?

MessageI have tried to run my positions through certain people. Foreign affairs and defense will stay as is. The rest have not been seriously thought through. By calling my work a joke insults me even if you don't mean to. A presidency term lasts for years so yes you've been president for years. Don't make it hard for me to be polite and stay on everyones nice side, I hate it when I crack because it's usually more of an explosion.

MessageYes, I called the URP placement as Defense Minister a joke and it is. I don't mean to insult you but if that is the way you want to see it, what can I do about it? I understand that you have parties who support you and that is OK with me. I will not vote for this cabinet.

MessageIt's Just A Draft! How can I negotiate with a brick wall? I never said anything aggressive about who supports me and who doesn't, I tried to support you as well but its so damn difficult with you and URP trying to massacre each other. Is that the reason you allow the death penalty? I just what to know if you'll vote for a cabinet with URP as defense. Actually I want everyone to tell me if they would because URP stays there. If your ok with that LP then: Which post would you like? Name three so I can give you a post not already chosen.

MessageI will not vote for a cabinet that has URP as the Defense Minister or Foreign Affairs as simple as that. You don't have a brick wall, not at least with me. I don't have any problem with supporting you as you did in some instances, I thank you for that. But I will not support this proposal because of the reason above. Since you want the Foreign Affairs Ministry, the only one I would like to have is Justice.

MessageAnd yes that is the reason we both voted and allow the death penalty.

MessageThat is a problem, as I do not wish to push URP out of the position. I would suggest me taking the position but URP endorsed my Presidency. We can resolve this issue at a time when URP is around to stand up for their party. That is the honourable way to go.

ToDebating the Cabinet Proposal of July 2567
MessageThat is the problem we have with the spoils system. The positions should be based on merit and skills, not favors. I am certain the URP will have something to say about this.

MessageI agree with that, URP will have something to say. They do meet the criteria it's not like they'd get us trampled over. URP has been here longer than any other active party I know. Skills and merits are out of the question. Also, it's not like it doesn't help to have support from the cabinet writer.

Date06:58:27, April 27, 2008 CET
FromThe Liberal Party
ToDebating the Cabinet Proposal of July 2567
MessageBecause they have been here longer, it doesn't mean they are capable of running our military, in fact the URP will probably try to dismantle some of our military. URP does not have the capability to run the military. You are entitled to support anyone you want and I respect that but personally your support of the URP will not change my mind at all.

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map.

Random quote: On 7th February 4281 a group of renowned Metzist experts from all across Terra met in Haldor to form the International Committee for the Estimation of the End Date of Capitalism (ICEEDC). With the assistance of a powerful computer, they calculated that capitalism will terminate Terra-wide on 6th November 4320, and in Dorvik on April 17th 4310. We have no reason whatsoever to believe these very eminent and learned scholars are wrong. They have never been wrong about anything before. ~ Friedrich Pfeiffer, General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party
