Old value:: Adult individuals are allowed to own and purchase guns freely.
Current: Adult individuals may not own firearms unless professionally required.
Proposed: Individuals are allowed to own firearms as long as they do not have a history of dangerous mental illness or a violent criminality.

Message | Weapons are a deterrent, in most cases, however, the advantage to allowing concealment would be that violent criminals wouldn't know who they could attack, and who is armed. We strongly support this bill. |
