MessageDescription?

To start the debate, Article One. The Vanuku Sinatranoan Party feels that Government needs to maintain a firm hand on controlling industrial waste and pollution. Our environment is beautiful, and we need to be vigilant in maintaining it from harm by the bigger polluters.

Article Two. However, we also feel that restricting people's choices as to their private transport is not in keeping with our society's standards. The proposal of no regulations on the ownership of private cars would be supported by us, provided basic standards are maintained in reducing emissions from vehicles via regular tune-ups and enforcing excessively emitting vehicles to comply to basic pollution standards. Perhaps an enforcement body could be created to facilitate this? The Pollution Reduction Overseers for Vanuku Emissions (PROVE)?
