| We the People are concerned that our citizens legal rights are not sufficiently protected abroad. We need to show the rest of Terra what the Rule of Law in a democracy is all about, and that we can clean up our own mess. Right is proud to propose the “Extradition Act”. This act stipulates that: a) No citizen of the Federation shall be extradited to any foreign power b) Citizens of the Federation who are suspected of crimes committed abroad, can be tried and punished within the Federation c) Foreigners who are suspected of crimes committed abroad, can be extradited at the discretion of the Department of Justice and the Department of Foreign affairs d) Foreigners who are suspected of crimes committed within the Federation shall be tried by Federation courts and serve their sentence in Federation prisons. These can be extradited at the discretion of the Department of Justice and the Department of Foreign affairs, with the understanding that these convicts will serve out the reminder of their sentence in the country they are being extradited to |
