Bill: Agricultural Localization (2570)

Voting deadline: April 2571

MessageArticle 1: CP opposes subsidizing normal crops because that should be based on demand. We like the current law because it is intended to protect the environment without hampering the agricultural sector.

Article 2: CP opposes the agricultural chemical use article because we would not undertake any path that could lead to food shortage. The effects and costs of chemical usage are minimal to the effects and costs of a famine.

OOC:
Technically Cuba uses communitarian farming council-groups, and it's a small enough nation that local is relative to how much you've traveled.

I'm not sure I'd call it localization in the true sense of the word, more just actually putting people who know what they are doing in charge, rather then just blindly redistrubiting land.

I mean decentrilization, rather then localization, sorry 'bout that.

Random fact: Parties have the ability to endorse another party's candidate for the Head of State election (if there is one). This adds a strategic element to the elections.

Random quote: "The great strength of the totalitarian state is that it forces those who fear it to imitate it." - Adolf Hitler
