Sec. 1 SHORT TITLE This act may be cited as the 'Forestry Free Market Act 2572' Sec. 2 PREEMPTION A. The Grand Council hereby occupies and preempts the entire field of legislation in Vanuku concerning the management of public forests. B. Henceforth, no federal state, nor the federal government, shall operate a forestry agency, or contract for forestry services; all forestry shall be performed by private, licensed entities. Sec. 3 EFFECTIVENESS The provisions of this act shall take effect on July 1, 2173. |

Current: There is a national agency which owns all forests, but subcontracts the work to private companies.
