Details
Submitted by[?]: Union of Progressive Ulama
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 2114
Description[?]:
Daycare/childcare is already available to all children, but there need to be checks to make sure that private daycare facilities are treating children well. This law bans any violence against children, sexual abuse or other mistreatment in private daycare centres, and establish a system of random spot checks to ensure that standards are being met. In addition, this law bans the use of violence against schoolchildren, in the schools, by teachers. It does not interfere with how parents may discipline their children, but bans violence against children from our schools. |
