MessageThis treaty proposes both our two countries Solentia and Wantuni will not engage in any form of warfare-physical or other, whilst we are signed to this treaty.

1. The signatories consolidate their friendship through a common alliance of supportive friendship.
2. The signatories are not bound to the other in anyway such as trading, economic etc. Just simply a neutral non-violence pact and alliance agreement.
3. The signatories within this friendship pact and treaty, give full permission that they will not attack under any circumstances whilst signed to this treaty the opposite country in anyway. Attacking the other country in this treaty once signed will be totally illegal. One or both of the two signatories would have to remove their country from this treaty once signed, if they felt military action was necessary.
4. The signatories will firmly promise that if a problem arises between the two signatories that they will support a period of diplomacy (discussions, negotiations and debate) before thinking about removing themselves from this treaty in order to proceed with military action.

MessageI know there have been some concerns as regarding this treaty. But as you can see it gives away no power to other coutries at all no economic powers, no trading powers. It is a simple agreement which sees us once in this treaty, which I for one hope the senate does agree to sign- free as countries, signed by a friendship pact and agreement. Yes it takes the intial option of war away from the table- but there are many ways to prevent a war and if miltiary action was ever needed we could always withdraw from this treaty. I know there have been feuds in the senate as of recent, but I hope people can put that aside for a constructive debate in the senate on an issue which is highly important.

I feel this treaty is right, as it decreases threat of war, but still keeps it as a last minute option, it doesn't make us binding to another coutnry in anyway and it doesn't give any powers away to another country. We simply are putting our trust in another country to try and work to prevent war. Let me know what you think.

MessageA war mongering party perhaps would think this, but my party has a proud record of preventing 2 near cases of war and we didn't use violence or the threat of war/military action once!

Because your titles bill and the FIP cabinet bill are both so useful and has a great point to them other than being insulting and vile to others.

MessageRegarding People Party and avoiding war. It is true that the People Party representative as Minister of Foreign Relations was instrumental in helping achieve peace with theKafuris, this undre the Bowman administration. The SRNP president however threatened nuclear retaliation for any hostile move on behalf of a Kafuri incustion, including that of their paramilitaries, and it was that which primarily halted the hostilities.

Setting that record straight, hopefully once and for all.

MessageNo that was never the case at all, I fully dealt with the crisis in that country as it was our parties office who dealt with those issues and although it was true that military resources were being prepared- you may have threatened it but our then Foreign Minister Sir. Timothy Cooper and the Wantuni Foreign Minister secured a private deal stopping the invasion and also the president at the time was Baroness Deirdre Wessex of the PEOPLE PARTY, so your facts are quite wrong. Though, your party did assist in some ways with preventing a war and I will grant you that. Anyways, this has nothing to do with the issues in hand.

MessageThe president was Max Bowman. Once again the People Party either lies or has a selective memory. In any case we do not support this treaty. Our country and the Wantuni have no interraction. A peace treaty for a war that has never happened and which in any forseeable event never would happen, is just pointless.

We do not know the Wantuni well enough to know if this is even a good idea.

MessageWell I have been working with the Wantuni people in my job (the job I sit on my hands do nothing or act 'incompetently') and they believe that this treaty is a good idea. Obviously, there are always sides of division but the Foreign Minister of Solentia is confident the treaty will be ratified in his country.

Of course a war is unlikely between us two nations, but the point is that we make war both hard to obtain and put diplomacy above military action. It also means that whilst countries are binding to this treaty they would have to obtain permission to ever go to war with neighbouring country wantuni and makes the process more democratic and can ensure a proper through debate and discussion takes place without the Defence and Foreign Ministers making all the decisions.

MessageYes. Federal Independent Party Senators wrote it with a party from Wantuni during the Fr. George Bailen years. This is merely a shortened, almost rip-off version, of ours.

MessageA version non the less FIP that YOU promised to back and support- what are you saying now- no. What a total uturn. Not personal of course, how childish just because someone doesn't support you for presidency you vote against all your principals and political views and on top of this support bills calling people mental and pass bills removing people from cabinet that you don't like, if you wanted to get rid of myself and the CMP which you clearly did, why not just come out and do it instead of wasting the senates time. You are the most underhand party with no backbone and you were a party I once respected- I once thought you had morals and were willing to overlook problems with parties for the good of the people- I can see well and truly that this is no longer the case.

MessageBaroness Pamela Cook was given this title long before your bill passed and anyway the state only recognised this bill because the majority of the senate is on a one way mission to bully others who don't back them for the presidency and the randats just enjoy bullying. Baroness Pamela Cook will remain with her title and never tell me what to do again, SRNP. As the CMP rightly pointed out your bill contradicts what you are now saying. Furthermore, what the hell does that have to do with this bill??- Nothing, but you are good at straying off topic for a little bit of bullying and victimisation!

Baroness Pamela Cook might well consider going for help if the clinics weren't all fully booked dealing with people who are member of the Radnats party!
