Message | We have repealed article II regarding workers rights to strike, and have replaced it with a proposed amendment to the law regarding the right of employers to fire striking workers. We believe that this would serve as a counterbalance to any critical workers who wish to strike, as the employer would reserve the right to immediately replace them.
