| Message | This is the constitutions law on the appointing of the Prime Minister. ARTICLE IV (The Emperor) 12) May appoint a Prime Minister who shall oversee the bureaucracy for the Head of Government and is the head advisor for the Emperor. He may also represent the Imperial Court in Foreign Matters and local. Has no other political power. (13) Both of the above positions are open to anyone that the Emperor chooses. He may dismiss them at anytime and they may retire at any time. The Elected Head of Government must approve of the choices if new ones are being picked during his time in offices. I thought I had it in there that the senate had to approve of the choice, but I guess not. So TFP, it looks like you get to make the call. Still vote on this, so we can see what the other parties thing. |
