| For whom are these weapons produced? Kirlawa's national military. Having their construction be likewise under national military control helps the whole system work together more easily and smoothly. Control by private corporations, as is unfortunately the current law, opens the door wide to corruption, including but not limited to overcharging and "sweetheart" deals. |
