In a speech today, Viktor Klaus, Duke of Zanyal Valley and Imperial Prime Minister, condemned the illegal communist confederacy currently controlling most of western Hutori. He called for Alduria and its Monarchist League allies to take action against the Communists, who refuse to compromise and claim to act on the people's behalf when democratic elections repeatedly support the royalists.

So what'll it be, Senators? Shall we attempt to save Hutori? Some of the Pan-Terran Royalist Army have already taken the initiative.
