| As the Union of Kenai shows no willingness to cooperate or reach any peace agreement, it is our duty to help see through the conflict by forcing them to back down. Davostan's assistance brought about a conclusion to the first Hutori Civil War, now we can bring about an end to the second. This bill calls for the deployment of the armed forces to the assistance of the Confederacy. |
