MessageOur budget analysis leads us to believe that it is time for a generous increase in Health and Social Services spending. Out public health care system, while fine, needs improvement. This increase will enable the H&SS Ministry to increase Aloria's national health care spending to around %10 of GDP.

There is a supplemental tax bill to finance this proposal.
