Description[?]:
I think it's time to modernate us. I represent a very small party, so i propose a bill that is not of basic important , but represent my ideas. I think that it's too dangerous to allow man to own firearms ONLY IF THEY do not have a history of dangerous mental illness or a violent criminality , because it's not sufficient. A state in which everyone have a gun in his home isn't a free and evoluted nation. I think the guns must be allowed, but only for who have a professional interest , and it's must be regulated. I know that my influence in this nation is very very small, but i hope whe can start a debate on this law. (sorry for english, i'm studiyng it now) |

Message | We disagree with this wholeheartedly. It is imperative that citizens not have their right to bear arms infringed. Not only does this allow them protection from thievery and assault from others, it provides them with their last form of redress against a (theoretical, see also: the Communists) government that has failed them: revolution. There is no situation in which the BTP could support this. |

Message | Is not a valide reson to distribute arms to the citizen unless a valid reason that could be only professional. |

Message | Giving citizens guns brought about the communist revolution ;-) |

Message | But I suppose that's what you want: it took down your (failed) government. |

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation. |
Random quote: "We must show that liberty is not merely one particular value but that it is the source and condition of most moral values. What a free society offers to the individual is much more than what he would be able to do if only he were free. We can therefore not fully appreciate the value of freedom until we know how a society of free men as a whole differs from one in which unfreedom prevails." - Friedrich August Hayek |
