Bill: Religious Reform Act!

Details

Submitted by[?]: Telamon National Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 2577

Description[?]:

We feel that a nation needs some religious influence on its people for it to have a moral society, however we feel that it should be voluntary and that people should not be forced into religion.

Having a state religion will help our culture and heritage, remove religion from society and morals will start to dwindle.

MessageThe HRP feels that any religion is a blight on the entire human species. The ban on prayer should, if anything be expanded to include all institutions.

Random fact: The majority of nations in Particracy are "Culturally Protected" with an established cultural background. Only the "Culturally Open" nations are not bound by the rules surrounding culture. The Cultural Protocols Index should be consulted for more information about the cultural situation of each nation.
