Let's hire according to qualifications, instead of discriminating against people just for being in a majority group. Also, this way productivity should increase, as competence and skill, regardless of group identification, can assume larger roles in decisions of hiring. We have a generous welfare system in Kirlawa, so those who do not get the jobs will be OK. |
