Bill: Regulation of the waste industry
Details
Submitted by[?]: Konservativa Respublikano Parti
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 2577
Description[?]:
As things currently stand, waste companies are free to do whatever they want concerning the rubbish they pick up. I know of one major company who has dumped waste in a water resevoir, contaminating the drinking water for 100,000 people. It follows that it is our responsibility to put some form of regulation of the services that they provide. |

Old value:: Waste disposal is left entirely to the private sector and is unregulated.
