MessageThe idea is that you would have the local police who would handle relatively minor crimes while the national department, the Zardugali Investigation Service, would deal with major crimes, as well as be able to maintain a larger staff of highly trained officers within specialist fields such as criminology and certain aspects of forensics which would not be worthwhile for local departments to maintain.
