| Message | That is what I tried to explain to URP. If we secure free trade with this treaty, no matter what laws they have, it is still going to be a free trade. If we don't have this treaty, then they may put a tariff in our products and then it is not free trade anymore. This treaty gives the guarantee of free trade. |
