Message | * Lord Hopkins rises: Mr Speaker, May I remind the hon gentlemen that, in the civilised world, one is presumed innocent until proven guilty. To allow rich criminals (fraudsters, organised crime lords, drug barons, &c) the opportunity to evade justice, while the hard working family man has to do his time, is such a perversion of justice it cannot be called justice at all.
