Bill: Cybercriminals Bill
Details
Submitted by[?]: Aloria United
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 2114
Description[?]:
Child pornography. Bestiality. Slave trafficking. All this currently occurs on the internet - mostly by others, but occasionally our own citizens are at fault. Why do we stand by and let this happen? Our nation typically tries to be a member of the international community, but that very same community asks us, quizzically, why we don't apprehend these criminals. We propose that the police are given authority to run investigations concerning illegal activities, as defined by present law, and only when suspicion already exists (i.e. can't just target someone "just to see"). |
